Parents of first graders-
Even though we said rain or shine, thunderstorms are another thing!. We will make a decision about the zoo field trip tomorrow morning after we see the latest weather forecast. We know many of you had planned to come so we want to go, but we have to also be safe. I hope you all understand and can be flexible. We are very sorry about any inconvenience this may cause anyone! The zoo office opens at 8 am, and we’ll make our decision by then.
We will send out a message by app, dojo, text, etc as soon as we know something.
Please dress your child in tennis shoes and appropriate clothing as the teachers have asked in case we do get to take our first field trip!!

At Morrilton Primary we are celebrating our staff and also remembering a former SCCSD Superintendent with the Second Annual Raymond Chambers Memorial Cereal Drive to benefit the Conway County Care Center! Please help us celebrate the great educators in your children’s lives and also contribute cereal to help our community! Students can bring cereal donations to school!

Due to the weather forecast, 1st grade’s Zoo field trip has been RESCHEDULED from Monday, April 25th to Monday, May 2nd! We will enter the Zoo around 10:30 on this day after lunch on the picnic tables! We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope to see you at the Zoo on Monday, May 2nd!
