Curious George: The Golden Meatball 🎭🐵 Our MPS Kindergarten students are excited to attend a live performance of Curious George: The Golden Meatball at Reynolds Performance Hall! Date: Monday, November 9, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m. Cost: $5.00 per student We want every child to enjoy this wonderful learning opportunity! If you would like to make an additional donation to help cover the cost for other students, your generosity would be appreciated Parents will not be able to attend because we do not have additional tickets available. Please make sure your child arrives at school on time. We will leave shortly after breakfast. Students will return to school as soon as the performance is over to continue our day of learning! Please sign and return the permission slip along with your child's $5.00 payment. Thank you for helping us provide our Primary Pups with exciting learning experiences beyond the classroom! ❤️🐾

🐾 Our Primary Pups are ready to shine! ATLAS testing is October 21–23 for first grade and October 26–29 for kindergarten. Help your pup arrive on time, well rested, and ready to do their best! ❤️

Among the highlights:
• SCCSD earned an overall B rating
• Morrilton Junior High earned an A for the third consecutive year
• Morrilton Elementary and Morrilton Primary improved to B letter grades
• Our students continued to grow through Advanced Placement, college and career readiness, athletics, academics, fine arts, and many other opportunities

We are proud of the progress represented in this report, grateful for the dedication of our students and staff, and committed to continuing to improve for every child we serve.
