When inclement weather occurs and there is need to close school, the South Conway County School District will utilize four (4) days that are built into the current K-12 2023-2024 student calendar.
PreK students are required to attend 178 days, so any day missed will have to be made up at a later date
There are NO Alternative Method of Instruction or AMI days, as we have utilized in the past.
If there is a need to cancel school due to inclement weather this year, students will not need to make up that day. If we exceed our number of inclement weather days, the district will add days to the end of the school year.
